Where are you located?

We are located at 2000 W. Main St, Suite M, St. Charles, Illinois. We are just East of the intersection of Randall Road and Route 64 (Main St). Across from the McDonalds and next to Starbucks.

What are your hours?

We are open Monday through Friday from 8am to 8pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 8am to 5pm, and we are open limited hours on all the holidays.

Do I need an appointment?

No, you can walk in during our office hours and no appointment is required. If you would like to see a specific provider, you are welcome to make an appointment with provider at your convenience.

What services do you offer?

Physicians Express can help treat many different conditions from acute problems (such as respiratory infections, musculoskeletal injuries, rashes, headaches , lacerations, etc) to chronic illness (such as asthma, diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disease, and coronary artery disease, etc) . We also treat job related injuries. Patient can be seen on a walk-in-basis or can schedule an appointment. Please see the list of patient services.

Yes we provide immunization for school aged children and adults. Please see the list of immunizations.

Yes, Physicians Express board certified providers can take care of your primary care needs on an outpatient basis.

We see all ages from infants to seniors.

Does Physicians Express do Physicals?

Yes we do a variety of physicals, from school, sports, college, pre-employment, pre-surgical, to preventive.

Physicians Express is staffed with Board Certified Physicians and Physicians Assistants.

How long is the wait?

Typically, your visit will be completed within one hour.

What do I need to bring to my visit?

Please bring your photo id, insurance card, as well as the subscribers name, date of birth, and social security number.
